Clean rooms, that have essentials you need. Staff is outstandingly accommodating and extremely friendly and you can park your car onsite. The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was outstanding.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They provided excellent service from check-in to check-out, ensuring that all our needs were met. We were impressed by the luxurious amenities and the enhanced comfort provided by this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the heated pool was a definite highlight. Moreover, the food served was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. We also appreciated the various activities offered such as pool table and karaoke. this hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.

the staff and people generally were very nice and great. our room was comfy, easy access to free parking. the food was nice with variety of options.

We didn't have time during our visit, but we would surely return for the spacious room with beautiful views of the lake.

We experienced some discomfort due to the insects at night. it was understandable as the hotel was located in the mountains.

Spent thanksgiving weekend at a resort with stunning views of Taal Lake as the backdrop. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The Resort location was a short drive from nearby attractions and secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Another plus was the pool area which was pristine and well-maintained.

The resort room we were given needed renovation; the air conditioning unit was noisy and ineffective in cooling the room.
